Boilerplate you can copy

nuanse is a Canadian non-profit that explains OCD in plain language, in French and English, with registered mental health professionals.

nuanse is a Canadian non-profit education platform about obsessive-compulsive disorder. It publishes free bilingual guides for every age — children, teens, adults, older adults, and the people around them — written in plain language and reviewed by registered mental health professionals before publication. nuanse does not diagnose, treat, or sell anything. It exists so that the right information reaches Canadians before the wrong information does.

Logo and assets

The LoopMark is our only mark. Use it as supplied, on Spruce or Frost, with clear space around it.

How to use our name and mark

  • Write the name as nuanse, in sentence case.
  • Do not close, rotate, fill or recolour the loop, and do not move the amber dot.
  • Do not imply that nuanse endorses a product, a clinic, or a treatment.
  • Do not present nuanse content as medical advice or as a diagnosis.
  • When you quote a page, link to it so readers can see the reviewer and the date.

What we are not claiming

Charitable registration is in progress, so we cannot issue official tax receipts yet. Committee seats are open and we do not list members we do not have. We publish reviewer names and review dates on every content page, and we will correct anything we get wrong.
